Easy Artichoke Tomato Salad

Prepare the Base:
In a large bowl, combine halved tomatoes, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped string cheese, and olives.

Dress the Salad:
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Optional Additions:
If desired, stir in your choice of protein—rotisserie chicken, tuna, cooked sausage, or chickpeas—for a more filling salad.

Mix & Serve:
