Decadent Chocolate Brownies: Fudgy, Rich, and Irresistible

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.

Melt Chocolate & Butter: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the butter and chopped chocolate together until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Wet Ingredients: Stir in sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Add Dry Ingredients: Gently fold in flour and salt until fully incorporated. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (avoid overbaking for fudgy brownies).
