In a separate bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, and optional spices. Pour over the beef in the crockpot.
Add Pasta:
Gently fold in the uncooked pasta shells, ensuring they are well coated with the cheesy mixture.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours, until the pasta is tender and the cheese is fully melted. Stir occasionally if possible.
Serve:
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or extra shredded cheese.
