Crispy Air Fryer Roast Potatoes

Cut potatoes into halves or bite-sized pieces.

Place potatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.

Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.

Shake the basket or swap shelf positions (top to bottom, bottom to top) for even cooking.

Continue cooking for 10–15 more minutes, or until potatoes are medium brown with puckered skin. Total cook time is usually about 22 minutes.
