Creamy Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo Penne

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the penne pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In the last 2 minutes of boiling, add the broccoli florets to blanch. Drain together with the pasta.

2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp & Mushrooms

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and sauté mushrooms until golden brown.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

Melt butter in the skillet with mushrooms and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Stir continuously until cheese melts and sauce thickens.

4️⃣ Combine & Serve

Add cooked pasta, shrimp, broccoli, and mushrooms to the Alfredo sauce.

Toss until everything is evenly coated with the creamy sauce.

Garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
