Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta with Broccoli

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

During the last 2–3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pasta water. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Simmer gently 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Everything:

Slice the cooked chicken into strips.

Add the pasta, broccoli, and chicken to the sauce. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Serve:

Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese or fresh parsley if desired.
