Classic Italian Lemon Cake (No Scale Needed)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until creamy. Add oil, milk, and lemon zest, mixing until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until well combined.

Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool & Serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy plain or dusted with powdered sugar.
