Classic Baked Cheesecake with Chocolate Sauce & Ice Cream

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the base of a greased 8-inch springform pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.

Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate until smooth and glossy.

Slice the chilled cheesecake and drizzle with warm chocolate sauce.
