Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.

Add Buttermilk:

Pour in the buttermilk and stir gently until the batter is just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.

Pour and Bake:

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool:

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
