Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss them into the chicken mixture until coated.

Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top.

Bake for 25–35 minutes, until bubbly and the biscuits are golden brown.
