Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Meatballs: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and Parmesan. Roll into small meatballs.
Brown Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook Pasta: Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combine Meatballs & Sauce: Add meatballs back into the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble Bake: In a baking dish, combine pasta and meatball sauce. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
