Cheesy Garlic Cruffin – Flaky, Buttery, and Full of Flavor

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling:

In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped chives until well combined.

Assemble Cruffins:

Unroll crescent dough sheets and separate into triangles.

Spread a thin layer of the garlic-chive butter over each triangle.

Sprinkle cheese if using.

Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent.

For extra flakiness, twist the rolled dough gently before placing on the baking sheet.

Bake:

Place rolled cruffins on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.

Serve:

Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm. Perfect on its own or with a side of scrambled eggs.
