Add smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
Step 3: Cook the Corn
Brush corn generously with garlic butter.
Grill corn, turning occasionally, for 10–15 minutes until lightly charred and tender.
If using the oven, place corn on a baking sheet, brush with butter, and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.

Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the hot corn.
