Canned Tuna & Potato Skillet

Sauté Onion: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until soft and fragrant.

Cook Potatoes: Add chopped potatoes to the skillet, season with salt, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Add Tomato Flavor: Stir in tomato paste or tomato sauce until potatoes are well-coated.

Add Tuna: Fold in drained canned tuna and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
