Buttery Pecan Snowballs: Melt-in-Your-Mouth Holiday Treats

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chopped pecans.

Shape the Cookies
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.

Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden. The tops should remain pale.

Dust with Sugar
