Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender results.
Rub ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Place ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
Wrap tightly to create a sealed packet.
Bake in the oven for 2–2.5 hours, until ribs are tender and juicy.
