Beef & Feta Salad Bowl

Season beef strips with salt, pepper, oregano, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Grill or sear until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

Prep the Veggies:

Dice cucumber, tomato, and red bell pepper.

Assemble the Base:

Place arugula or mixed greens at the bottom of your bowl.

Add Beef & Feta:

Top the greens with grilled beef strips.

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the salad.

Finish with Dressing & Herbs:

Drizzle olive oil on top and optionally add lemon juice or red wine vinegar.

Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and freshly ground black pepper.
