1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a donut pan lightly.
2. Mix Ingredients:
Dry Mix: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Wet Mix: In another bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin puree, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Combine: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
3. Fill & Bake:
Transfer batter into a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped.
Pipe into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
