Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat from the shell and rest it on top, keeping it attached at the base.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the Lobster:
Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture, making sure it’s well-coated for maximum flavor.
Bake:
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
Serve:
Remove from oven, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
