Baked French Dip Biscuits

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven according to the biscuit package instructions (usually 375–400°F / 190–200°C).

Prepare Biscuits: Separate the refrigerated biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to package directions until golden brown.

Assemble Sandwiches: Slice each baked biscuit in half. Spread a thin layer of creamy horseradish sauce on the bottom half. Layer with sliced roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese. Top with the other half of the biscuit.

Optional Melt: For extra melty cheese, place assembled sandwiches in the oven for 2–3 minutes or under the broiler for 1–2 minutes, just until the cheese melts.

Serve: Serve immediately while warm. Pair with a small bowl of au jus or beef broth for dipping if desired.
