Almond & Pistachio Bundt Cake

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Batter

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and well combined.

3. Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Cool and Decorate

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and top with almonds and chopped pistachios for garnish.
