Air Fryer Bacon and Egg Breakfast Muffins

Cook the Bacon: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Cook bacon for about 8 minutes, until crispy. Let cool, then chop into small pieces.

Prep the Muffin Cups: Spray silicone muffin cups with cooking spray. Divide bacon evenly between 6 cups.

Mix the Egg Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Assemble: Pour the egg mixture over the bacon in each muffin cup, filling about ¾ full.

Air Fry: Place filled muffin cups in the air fryer. Cook at 320°F for 12–15 minutes, until the tops are set and lightly golden.

Serve: Let cool slightly before removing from the cups.
