5-Minute White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired.

Fold in the chopped pecans, reserving a few for topping.

Pour half of the white chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the layer, then pour the remaining white chocolate mixture on top. Swirl lightly with a knife for a marbled effect.

Sprinkle the remaining pecans over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
