A handful of cloves
2 cups water
1 tablespoon malt
1 cup skimmed milk
Instructions
Boil Water: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add Cloves: Once boiling, add the cloves and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the water changes color.
Strain: Remove from heat and strain to remove the cloves.
Mix in Malt: Stir in 1 tablespoon of malt until fully dissolved.
Add Milk: Pour in the skimmed milk and gently stir. Serve warm.
Notes & Tips
Adjust the malt to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink.
For extra flavor, a small pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg can be added.
