Super Nachos – Loaded, Cheesy, and Irresistible

Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven’s broiler.

Assemble the Nachos: Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the chips. Sprinkle with Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

Broil: Place under the preheated broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Toppings: Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and jalapeño slices.

Serve: Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
