Pat the cubed steaks dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Dredge each steak in flour, shaking off any excess.
Cook the Steaks:
Heat vegetable oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks and cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Remove the steaks and set aside.
Optional Quick Gravy:
In the same skillet, add beef broth and stir to deglaze the pan.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Pour over the steaks before serving.
