Punch down the dough and divide into 2 equal portions.
Shape into loaves and place in greased loaf pans.
Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes.
6. Bake the Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the loaves are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped.
7. Cool and Serve
Remove loaves from pans and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
