Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
Optional: pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1 min until fragrant.
Pour in cream, simmer gently 3–4 mins, stirring often.
Reduce heat, whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg.
Serve immediately over hot pasta; loosen with pasta water if too thick.
