Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Prepare Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
Add Fillings: Fold in your chosen fillings gently, making sure not to overmix.
Cook: Pour the egg mixture into a greased, air fryer-safe dish or silicone mold. Air fry for 8–12 minutes, depending on your air fryer and the thickness of the omelette.
Check & Serve: The omelette should be set and lightly golden on top. Carefully remove from the air fryer, slice if needed, and garnish with fresh herbs.
