Quick & Flavorful Rotel Tacos

Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.

Drain any excess grease.

Add Rotel & Seasoning:

Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, taco seasoning mix, and 1/2 cup water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the beef is fully coated.
