Quick & Easy Pizza Sticks

Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Dough:

Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough into a rectangle.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning evenly on top.

Cut & Shape Sticks:

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.

Twist each strip gently for a fun, spiral effect.

Egg Wash & Topping:

Brush each stick with beaten egg.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

Bake:

Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serve:

Let cool slightly.

Serve with extra pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
