Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
2. Add the Filling:
Spread 1.5–2 teaspoons of mustard evenly over each pastry sheet.
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly on top of the mustard.
3. Fold and Bake:
Fold the pastry over the filling or roll it tightly into a log.
Slice into bite-sized pieces or keep as larger strips.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
