Grate fresh ginger and juice half a lemon.
Measure out turmeric, cayenne, and honey.
2. Simmer Spices
In a small saucepan, combine water, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes to release flavors.
3. Combine Tonic Ingredients
Remove saucepan from heat.
Stir in apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric, cayenne, and honey. Mix well.
4. Strain & Serve
Strain the liquid into a jar or glass to remove cinnamon and cloves.
Serve warm or let it cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
