Dissolve about 1 teaspoon of salt in 1/2 cup of warm water.
Dip Battery Terminals:
Place just the positive and negative ends of the battery in the salt solution for a few minutes. Avoid submerging the entire battery.
Dry Thoroughly:
Remove the battery and wipe it completely with a paper towel to remove moisture.
Test the Battery:
Insert the battery into a device to see if it works. If needed, repeat the process once more.
