Ingredients:
10–15 cloves
5–6 garlic cloves
½ cup coconut or olive oil
Small piece of cinnamon (optional, for added darkening)
Method:
Lightly crush cloves and garlic to release oils.
Heat the oil on low, add cloves, garlic, and cinnamon.
Simmer 5–7 minutes, then cool and strain.
Massage into scalp and hair; leave 1–2 hours or overnight.
Wash with mild shampoo.
Frequency: 2–3 times per week.
