Fresh guava leaves have antibacterial properties. Chewing them and allowing the juice to coat your mouth may help reduce pain and swelling.
4. Garlic
Garlic is a powerful natural antibiotic thanks to a compound called allicin. Crushed garlic cloves applied directly to the aching tooth may reduce pain and fight infection. You can also gently rub a garlic clove on your gums.
5. Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial benefits. Mixing ginger powder with a little water creates a paste that can be applied to a cotton ball and placed on the painful tooth (avoiding direct gum contact).
6. Clove
Cloves contain eugenol, a natural anesthetic and antiseptic. Applying powdered clove to the tooth, chewing a whole clove, or using a drop of clove oil can bring fast relief from toothache pain.
Important Note
These remedies may provide temporary relief, but they do not treat the underlying cause of a toothache. Persistent pain, swelling, or infection should always be evaluated by a dentist to prevent complications.
