Natural Immunity-Boosting Tea with Guava Leaves, Turmeric & Cinnamon

Rinse guava leaves thoroughly.

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add guava leaves, turmeric, and cinnamon stick. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Optional: Add black pepper to enhance the absorption of turmeric’s active compounds.

Strain the tea into cups.

Sweeten with honey if desired. Serve warm.
