Natural Gray-Blending Tea Rinse

Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and towel-dry until damp.

Pour the tea/coffee rinse evenly over your hair, making sure to soak the gray areas.

Massage it in gently.

Set the Color:

Wrap your hair in a shower cap or old towel.

Leave on for 30–60 minutes (the longer, the darker the result).

Rinse (Optional):

For a deeper stain, do not rinse it out—just let your hair air-dry.

If you prefer to rinse, use only cold water (no shampoo).

Repeat as Needed:

Use this rinse 2–3 times per week until you see the desired effect.

The color will build up gradually and blend grays more naturally.

Tips

For richer tones, you can mix in herbs like sage, rosemary, or walnut hull powder with the tea while brewing.

Works best on brown or dark hair (on very light or blonde hair, it can give an orange/brown tint).

Always do a patch test first to make sure your scalp and skin don’t react.
