Heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add the crushed garlic and cloves.
Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, being careful not to burn the mixture.
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Strain the oil and pour it into a clean glass jar.
Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate for up to 1 month.
How to Use
Warm a small amount of the oil until comfortably warm (never hot).
Massage gently onto sore areas such as legs, knees, or hips.
Allow the oil to absorb for 30 minutes or longer. Wrap with a clean cloth for deeper relief.
Use once daily, preferably in the evening for overnight comfort.
