Prepare the Ingredients
Crush garlic, slice ginger, and if using fresh turmeric, peel and slice it.
Boil and Simmer
In a small pot, add 2 cups of water and all ingredients.
Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes to release nutrients.
Strain and Serve
Strain into a cup. Add lemon juice before drinking.
Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
