Mediterranean Ground Beef Stir Fry: Quick & Flavorful Weeknight Meal

Heat Oil & Sauté Onion: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.

Add Garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Brown the Beef: Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
