King Crab Scampi & Garlic Roasted Shrimp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place shrimp on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Add lemon slices on top.

Roast for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Make the Scampi Sauce:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in white wine (or broth) and lemon juice. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to reduce slightly.

Add cracked king crab legs and toss to coat, letting them warm through in the sauce.

Combine:

Arrange the roasted shrimp and king crab legs on a serving platter. Spoon the scampi sauce over the top.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
