1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper, to taste
Roasted Asparagus:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Roast the Asparagus
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast 12–15 minutes until tender.
Prepare the Cauliflower Mash
Boil cauliflower florets until fork-tender (8–10 minutes). Drain well and blend with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
