1. Make the Fritter Mixture
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, diced onion, almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the egg and mix until a sticky, cohesive mixture forms.
2. Shape the Fritters
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and press into small patties (~2 inches in diameter).
3. Cook the Fritters
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or avocado oil.
Place the patties in the skillet, leaving space between each.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
