Fill a wide bowl or glass jar with about 1–2 inches of cold water.
Place the parsley stems in the water like a bouquet, keeping the leaves above water.

This creates a mini-greenhouse effect that retains moisture while allowing air circulation.
4. Store in the Fridge
Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
Change the water every 2–3 days to keep parsley fresh and crisp.
