Fill a spray bottle with warm (not boiling) water. Spray the ice buildup generously. The warm water helps soften the ice without harming the freezer.
Wait a Few Minutes:
Let the warm water sit for 2–5 minutes. The ice will start loosening from the walls.
Gently Scrape:
Use a plastic spatula to gently scrape off the softened ice. Avoid metal tools to prevent damage to the freezer walls.
Absorb Water:
Place towels underneath to catch melting ice and water. Keep spraying small amounts of warm water as needed.
Wipe Down:
