Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Blend Batter: In a blender, combine eggs, melted butter, flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Add Coconut: Stir in shredded coconut by hand.

Bake: Pour mixture into prepared pie dish. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden on top and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool & Serve: Allow pie to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
