Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage, and Broccoli

Roast the Broccoli

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes until crispy and tender.

Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce

In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil (if using). Set aside.

Cook the Sausage and Shrimp

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the sausage slices for 5–6 minutes until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Combine with Sauce

Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return the cooked sausage and shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.

Add the Broccoli

Mix the roasted broccoli into the skillet and combine everything thoroughly.

Serve and Garnish

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.

Serve hot with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
