Honey Butter Old Bay Shrimp

Prep the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Lightly season with 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning.

Make the Honey Butter Glaze
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in honey, the remaining Old Bay, and smoked paprika (if using) to create a glossy glaze.

Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Finish with Lemon
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly in the honey butter sauce.

Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side. Perfect with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Optional spice kick: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat.

Meal prep tip: Cook shrimp just before serving; reheating may toughen them.
