1 small onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Extra virgin olive oil (enough to cover the ingredients)

Optional: a few drops of lavender or rosemary essential oil for a milder aroma.

Instructions

Place chopped onion and garlic into a clean glass jar or bowl.

Pour in enough olive oil to completely submerge the ingredients.

Warm the mixture using a double boiler (bain-marie) method for 10 minutes.

Let it cool naturally, then strain the oil into a small glass dropper or spray bottle.

Allow the oil to sit at least 12 hours before use to fully infuse.

How to Apply

Use three times a week.

Apply a few drops directly onto the scalp before bedtime.

Massage gently in circular motions for 5 minutes to boost circulation.

Leave it overnight or for a few hours if short on time.

Rinse with your preferred natural shampoo.
